Booking Guarantee & Payment Terms

Reservations become binding only upon receipt of a deposit amounting to 50% of the total price. The remaining balance is payable shortly prior to arrival via bank transfer or in cash upon arrival.

Cancellation Policy

Following receipt of the deposit payment, free cancellation is no longer possible. As large properties and group accommodations require long-term planning, short-term cancellations cannot be compensated. We strongly recommend taking out travel cancellation insurance.
