Our Alpine Chalet with 300 sqm garden is located in the Stubai Alps in Neustift-Neugasteig and is located about 5 km from Neustift-center and only 12 km from the Stubai Glacier (biggest ski area in the valley).

Our house offers space on 3 floors for 4 - 12 people. The Stubai Glacier, the largest glacier ski area in Austria, is only a 10-minute drive away. Ski bus stop is 30 meters away! This stop will be approached twice in the morning and twice in the afternoon and will take you directly to the station Stubai Glacier and back! In summer: Numerous hikes can be undertaken, the Wild Waterway, the Grawa Waterfall an incomparable natural spectacle can be reached in a few minutes! The STUBAI SUPER CARD is available in our house and you spend a summer holiday without additional costs!

Our house is available on the day of arrival from 15.30 clock available. We ask you to release at least one floor on the day of departure until 9.30 am!
From Christmas to Easter, arrivals and departures are only possible on Saturdays.
Pets are NOT ALLOWED!
NON-SMOKING HOUSE - We ask you to enjoy your cigarette on the balcony or in the garden!

Egal ob nächtliche Rodelunternehmungen, Fackelwanderungen oder gesellige Runden in urigen Hütten - das Stubaital empfiehlt sich auch abseits der Piste für Ihren Skiurlaub. Herrliche Loipen, romantische Winterwanderwege und rasante Rodelstrecken erwarten unsere Winter-Gäste im Stubaital. Für unsere kleinen Gäste empfehlen sich die Kinderschischulen im Stubaital. Skikarussell, Wellenbahnen, bunte Figuren und Förderbänder - all das erleichtern den Knirpsen den Einstieg ins Skigeschehen. Ski, Rodel, Natur und viel mehr mit Kindern erleben.

Das Stubaital präsentiert sich in den Sommermonaten als einzigartiges Naturjuwel. Saftige Wiesen und mächtige 3000er bilden eine unglaubliche Kulisse.
Zahlreiche Wanderungen können unternommen werden, der Wilde Wasserweg, am Grawa-Wasserfall, einem unvergleichlichen Naturschauspiel, sowie klassischen Hütten erlauben mehrtägige Abenteuer hoch oben in den Bergen. Klettern, paragleiten, wandern, biken, laufen, nordic walking , reiten oder einfach nur erholen - im Stubaital finden Sie sicherlich Ihr geeignetes Freizeitprogramm. Der Landschaftssee „Klausäuele“ mit dem neu angelegten Kinderspielplatz und Hochseilgarten sowie der Wilde Wasserweg befindet sich nur wenige Autominuten von unserem Haus entfernt!

You will receive the Stubai Super Card for your stay in the period from 16. May 2025 - 2. November 2025 at the participating landlords.
For those guests who do not spend their holidays in a partner company of the Stubai Super Card, the Stubai Card is an alternative (available only with a Stubai Guest Card). This includes the same services as the Stubai Super Card and can be used on 5 freely selectable days within a period of 7 consecutive days (5 in 7). The Stubai Card is available in the offices of the tourism association and the 4 mountain railways.
