Our apartments DAVID and NICO are very quiet and sunny. Located between the town centers of Fulpmes and Telfes with a wonderful view of the impressive Stubai mountains. Our house is an ideal starting point for beautiful hikes and varied mountain bike tours. For those who prefer to take it easy, our apartments offer the perfect view! Our 300m² large garden offers an incomparable panoramic view of the Stubai mountains and the beautiful Stubaital. These impressions will certainly be remembered for a long time.



PERFECT LOCATION FOR AN UNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAY

The town centers of Telfes and Fulpmes with numerous restaurants, cafes and supermarkets are only 1 km away from our apartments. On foot you can reach the Schlick 2000 ski area in just 5 minutes. The Serlesbahnen in Mieders are a 5-minute drive away and the Stubai Glacier is a 30-minute drive away. The newly built indoor and outdoor swimming pool STUBAY can be reached easily on foot in 10 minutes. Hiking and mountain bike trails to Pfarrachalm lead directly past our house. Included in the price is the STUBAI SUPER CARD with which you can easily explore the Stubaital from around mid-May to the end of October (for exact period see STUBAI SUPER CARD).

The DAVID apartment offers 78 m² for 2-6 people. plenty of space to relax and unwind. The 2 double rooms, 1 living room and the fully equipped kitchen with dining area are bright, modern and furnished in a cozy tyrolean style.

The apartment NICO is 48 m² and offers space for 2 – 4 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is also fully equipped, has a corner bathtub and a large south-facing balcony.

Our house can accommodate up to to 10 people! Whether groups, friends or large family trips - you are warmly welcome with us!

Equipment:

The apartment DAVID for 2-6 people (6th person on request) with its 78 m² offers plenty of space to relax and unwind. The 2 double rooms, 1 living room and the fully equipped kitchen with dining area are bright, modern and furnished in a cozy tyrolean style.

The apartment NICO is 48 m² and offers space for 2 – 4 people. The apartment is on the 1st floor, is also fully equipped, has a corner bathtub and a large south-facing balcony.

Our house can accommodate up to to 10 people! Whether groups, friends or large family trips - you are warmly welcome with us!

  • From the garden you have an incomparable view of the beautiful Stubai Alps with our glacier. Of course you can use the garden for sunbathing. Deck chairs are available.
  • On request, we also offer our guests a bread service. The local baker delivers fresh baked goods directly to your door in the morning (except Sundays/public holidays)
  • Use our ski room with boot dryer
    • for your ski equipment
  • A covered parking space for one vehicle is also available to you free of charge.

Infos:

Arrival and Departure
We ask our guests to vacate their rooms and apartments by 9 a.m. on the day of departure and to leave them in a tidy condition.
 
Cancellation
In the case of cancellations, our own provisions apply according to the homepage and reservation confirmation and are only valid in writing.
 
Smoking
NO SMOKING HOUSE / we ask you to enjoy your cigarette outside.
 
Payments
Please note that we do NOT accept credit cards.
 
Pets
NO pets allowed due to hygienic reasons.

 

Leisure:

The Schlick 2000 family ski area with perfectly groomed ski slopes offers winter fun for the whole family.

Take part in the weekly night tobogganing and don't miss the spectacular night show with impressive fireworks. Away from the pistes, you can hike in  deep snow-covered forests in the Telfer Wiesen or Neustift.

The STUBAY adventure with sports, family and children's pools, slides and a large sauna area offers variety and fun for the whole family.

In the Stubaital you will find mountain bike routes for leisurely and demanding athletes. Enjoy wonderful impressions on the viewing platforms on the Stubai Glacier and in the Schlick 2000 in Fulpmes. Variety and fun offers the high ropes course in Fulpmes and the summer toboggan run in Mieders.

The Stubai Super Card - the INCLUSIVE CARD

 

If you spend your stay with a participating partner company, a large number of services are included in your holiday in Stubaital:

 

  • Free use of the Stubai Glacier cable car: 1 ascent and descent per day (no transport with ski equipment)
  • Free use of the Serlesbahnen: 1 ascent and descent per day
  • 1 ride on the Mieders summer toboggan run per week
  • Free use of the Schlick 2000 cable cars: 1 ascent and descent per day
  • Free use of the Elferbahnen in Neustift: 1 ascent and descent per day
  • Free travel on the Innsbruck transport company buses between Mutterberg and Innsbruck
  • Free travel on the Fulpmes-Innsbruck-Fulpmes Stubaitalbahn
  • Two entries per week for 3 hours to the bathing area in the StuBay adventure pool (entry to the sauna possible for a surcharge)
  • Free use of the Mieder swimming pool

 

In addition, the Stubai Super Card offers a number of attractive bonuses:

 

  • 30% discount on cinema tickets at the cinema Fulpmes
  • 30% discount on “The Sightseer” in Innsbruck
  • 30% discount on rafting tours in the Stubaital
  • 30% discount on first entry to the new Air Parc in StuBay
  • 30% discount on admission to the Telfes Birds of Prey Park
  • 30% discount on additional rides on the summer toboggan run in Mieders for holders of a Stubai Super Card (only valid for single rides, not valid for multi-ride packages)
  • 30% discount on entry to the Nativity Museum in Fulpmes
  • 30% discount on admission to the Bergisel Stadium Innsbruck including use of the inclined lift and the tower lift
  • 30% discount on the combination ticket for the Innsbruck State Museums (Ferdinandeum State Museum, Museum in the Arsenal, Tyrolean Folk Art Museum, Hofkirche, THE TYROL PANORAMA with the Kaiserjägermuseum)

You will receive the Stubai Super Card for your stay in the period from 16. May 2025 - 2. November 2025 at the participating landlords.

 

The Stubai Card - the PURCHASE CARD

For those guests who do not spend their holidays in a partner company of the Stubai Super Card, the Stubai Card is an alternative (available only with a Stubai Guest Card). This includes the same services as the Stubai Super Card and can be used on 5 freely selectable days within a period of 7 consecutive days (5 in 7). The Stubai Card is available in the offices of the tourism association and the 4 mountain railways.

 

Validity period:

16. May 2024 - 29. October 2024 (last valid date: November 2, 2025)

 

Prices:

Adults: € 99,-
Children: € 49,50

Children

Stubai Glacier: Children under the age of 10 travel free on the cable cars when accompanied by a paying parent.
Schlick 2000: Children under 10 years free if parents have a Stubai (purchase) card. Show your child's purchase card and ID at the ticket office.
Elferbahnen: Children pay from 7 years.
Serlesbahnen: Cable car free for children under 10 years if parents have a Stubai (purchase) card. Show purchase card and child's ID at the ticket office. Summer toboggan run is payable from 6 years.

For other services (swimming pools, public transport, etc.), children without a Stubai Card must pay the regular admission or ticket prices.
