Our house with garden is located in the middle of the Stubai Alps and is located in Neustift -Milders. The new apartment can accommodate 2 - 5 people. The Stubai Glacier, the largest glacier ski area in Austria and the other ski areas in the valley, are only a 15-20 minute drive away.
Especially pleasant is our central, but quiet location away from the main road. The ski and hiking bus stop is 4 minutes walk from our house. Ski hire, access to the cross-country ski trail, toboggan runs and small supermarket, Sonnenbergbahn with night skiing and night shows of the ski schools, health lake, hiking trails, Neustift village center and swimming pool can be reached in 15 minutes Walk.
Apartment - 2 large separate bedrooms (1 double and 1 triple), a cozy kitchen fully equipped: oven, dishwasher, microwave, fridge-freezer, coffee maker (filters and tabs), electric. Kettle, toaster, enough cooking utensils, satellite TV, Internet (WL), dining table and sofa seating area, 1 bathroom / WC.
Sheets and towels are provided.

Our apartment is available on the day of arrival from 15.00 clock available. We ask you to release the apartment on the day of departure until 9.30 am!

Above the clouds, clear blue skies, impressive glaciers, white mountain summits as far as the eye can see, and a freshly groomed slope ahead of you. You are the first to make your mark. An overwhelming nature and sport experience!
Adapted to the conditions in the Alps, alpine skiing became also popular here as of the 1920ies. At the beginning, it was an experience for few people only, but today it has become a popular sport in the alpine experience area and forms the centre of entertaining winter holidays in the Stubaital. Four skiing areas allow numerous winter sports fans to experience unforgettable skiing moments every year. Limitless skiing fun at the Stubai Glacier, the family-friendly atmosphere in the Schlick 2000 skiing centre, the beginner-friendly skiing area of the Serlesbahnen as well as the challenging slopes of the Elferlifte provide for varied holidays in the Stubaital. Beginners and professional, piste and free riders, short-run and mogul slope lovers –there are suitable descents matching every taste in the Stubai.
Tyrolean mountain summer
The Stubai Valley presents itself in the summer months as a unique natural jewel. Lush meadows and powerful 3000s form an incredible backdrop.
Numerous walks can be undertaken, the Wild Waterway, the Grawa Waterfall, an incomparable natural spectacle, as well as classic huts allow multi-day adventures high up in the mountains. Climbing, paragliding, hiking, biking, running, nordic walking, horseback riding or simply relaxing - in the Stubai Valley you will surely find your suitable leisure program. The landscape lake "Klausäuele" with the newly created children's playground and high ropes course as well as the wild waterway is only a few minutes drive from our house!
